     Cabbage goulash

Ingredients
One head cabbage
One pound hamburger meat
One can rotel
8 oz Monterey jack cheese
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger met in pan. Cut up cabbage and place in non stick skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sautée cabbage until desired crunchiness. I like mine pretty crunchy. Add cooked meat to pan, along with rotel and grated cheese. Mix and cook until warm. Serve.
