Combine eggs, sugar and vegetable oil in a bowl. In another bowl, sift
together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Combine ingredients.
Add vanilla and carrots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
For frosting, combine margarine, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and
vanilla. Let cake cool completely before frosting.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top before serving.
