preheat oven to 400
mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth (hand mixing
doesn't work as well)
Fill muffin tins halfway with the mixture
bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown
they will settle as they cool to create little cups. top with berries
and honey, or whipped cream, etc!
Serving
Suggestions
add berries to the mixture after you've blended it if you'd like!
