1. Place one bread slice on a plate. Center cheese
on bread; cheese may need to be trimmed to fit
bread. Roll up bread and cheese, jelly-roll style.
Repeat for second slice of bread and cheese.

2. Heat a sprayed nonstick frying pan. Place cheese
rolls seam side down in the pan. Heat and turn as
they brown, about 1 minute in all.

|
3. Remove roll-ups to plate and serve.
