Ingredients
2 lg. Commercial Size cans of whole peeled tomatoes or 20-25 lg. tomatoes peeled.
1 bunch cilantro (no stems)
3 lg white onions
18-25 fresh Jalapenos or Cow Horn Peppers (seeds and all)
2 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Cumin
1 tbs. Chili Powder
1 tbs Minced Garlic
1 tbs. Garlic Salt
 
1/4 cup White Vinegar
6 LG Wide Mouth Mason Jars
6 WM Lids and Rings

Instructions
1) Place tomatoes in large pot and let simmer. 2) With a food processor (or ninja) Chop up ingredients 2-4 until fine. Place in pot. 3) Bring everything to a boil - then let simmer 30 mins.
To Preserve- Boil all Lids until ready to use. Take one jar, and boil about 2-3 mins. Take jar out carefully (it will be hot) and place on towel. Fill with salsa and Carefully remove one lid out of boiling water and place on top of jar. To Make sure it is sealed right, screw on ring as tight as possible. Repeat this process one at a time, carefully. When you are done canning, Listen to your jars. If they POP they have sealed right. ( There are some defective one's out there ) it may take up to 20 mins.
