     Three in one Chocolate Pudding and Pie Filling

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 Tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons butte ror margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Instructions
In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, flour and salt; blend in milk and eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes; press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Cool; refrigerate.
Parfaits- Alternate layers of cold pudding and sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping in parfait glasses.
Pie- Reduce milk to 1 3/4 cup in recipe above; cook as directed. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour hot pudding into 8 inch packaged crumb crust; press plastic wrap onto surface. Refrigerate, top with sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping before serving.
