     Fall Harvest Bistro Steak Subs

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 lb thinly sliced lean deli roast beef
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tsp dried basil
1/2 Tsp dried Oregano
1/4 ground red pepper
1 (12oz) can dark beer
 
6 (2 1/2 oz) Hoagie rolls, cut lengthwise

Instructions
Melt Butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add minced garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add Roast beef and next 6 ingredients. Roast Beef thought beer and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring freqently. Drain roast beef in Colander over a bowl to reserve sauce.
Now place beef and sauce in crock pot to keep warm for up to 4 hours. Serve sandwich on the rolls and us sauce for dunking.
