Put liquid in large pot. Put one layer of chicken in liquid. Sprinkle/cover generously with old bay. Sprinkle on Salt. Add the rest of the chicken, repeat seasoning covering
Cover pot and bring to boil
Boil gently for about 20 minutes or till you can pull chicken away from bone easily w/fork
