I seasoned the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then I grilled them on my Foreman Grill until cooked through. Set aside to cool a bit before cutting into chunks.
I then mixed a can each of cream of chicken and cream of broccoli soups with some milk in a casserole dish while I boiled the noodles.
I added the noodles, then broccoli chunks, then diced chicken pieces to the soup mix.
I topped it with Panko bread crumbs and a tiny bit of finely shredded colby jack cheese.
I baked it for 8 minutes, then broiled it for a little less than 2 minutes.
