arborio rice- wash rice in colander to get rid of the stickiness.
Keep washing until it does not stick.
mushrooms- chopped and sauté in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
onions (frozen or fresh chopped)- add while sautéing mushrooms
add washed rice to mushrooms/onions
add 1 cup hot water and stir
add parsley and cilantro
add white wine
add Herbes de Provence
add chopped Italian salami
add hot water as rice dries out
add 1 cube chicken broth
stir and add hot water as appropriate
When done add fresh grated parmesan cheese
