     Salmon on Puff Pastry - Grant

Ingredients
salmon fillets (skinless both sides)
puff pastry (cut into 2 x 4 inch rectangles)
Gerhard’s Champagne salad dressing
olive oil
pesto
parmesan cheese (grated)
 

Instructions
line cookie sheet with foil brush or spray foil with olive oil put salmon fillets at one end of cookie sheet pour Gerhard's Champagne salad dressing over salmon fillets brush both sides of puff pastry with olive oil put puff pastry at the other end of cookie sheet
bake at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes Remove from oven and put pesto on top of pastry and then top pastry with salmon
