Add all ingredients except for the BBQ sauce.
Add water until tenderloin is 3/4 covered if needed.
Cook 5 - 6 hours depending on how big your tenderloin is (mine was in for about 8 hours because that is when I got home from work.)
Drain liquids from slow cooker.
Shred pork in slow cooker and add your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cook for another 30 minutes (I saved some of the liquids from the slow cooker and spooned it back on to keep it moist during this part.)
