Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces. (1-2 ribs per piece). Sprinkle chopped garlic over ribs. Pour apple juice over ribs.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/4 - 4 hours at 275 degrees until meat starts to release from bones.
|
|
|
Remove ribs from pan, cool and store in meal portion baggies. Or, put them out on the bar-b-que grill and baste with your favorite sauce.

|
Use 1-2 9x13 cake pans. Sometimes I cook up several slabs and freeze them for quick and easy dinners or for surprise guests.
