1 lb ground beef
|
|
1 pkf taco seasoning mix or 1 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
|
|
1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained or 1 C frozen corn
|
|
1/2 C chopped onion or to taste
|
|
4 C tomato juice - 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce plus 2 cans of water is equivalent to 4 C tomato juie
|
|
1 (14.5 oz) can chopped tomatos, can use Mexican style chopped tomatoes if you like
|
|
1 can black beans
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown the ground beef in a skillet,stirring until crumbly. Drain. Stir in the taco seasoning.
|
|
|
Combine ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a stock pot.
|
|
|
Simmer for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve with taco or cheddar cheese and crushed taco chips.
