     Texas Cake

Ingredients
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp cocoa
1 C water
2 C sugar
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 t cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C sour milk
 
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting-
1/2 stick butter
2 heating tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 C powdered sugar

Instructions
Combine butter, cocoa and water - heat until melted. Sift together sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
In mixing bowl, pour cocoa mixture over dry ingredients, mix well. Then add eggs, sour milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into 1 9x13 pan and 1 8x8 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Frosting- combine butter, cocoa, and milk and cook until thick, stirring often. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat well.
