Spritz deep dish baker with oil. Place chicken in baker, drizzle with a little more oil. garlic press the garlic onto chicken and sprinkle with BBQ rub. Cover and microwave 12-14 minutes. Chop with mix-n-chop.
To Make Sauce. Place Ketchup, brown sugar, BBQ rub and vinegar in small microwave cooker, heat 1-3 minutes. Pour over cooked, shredded chicken. Fill buns and serve.
