     White Bread

Ingredients
5 3/4-6 1/4 cups bread flour
1 package yeast
2 1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp nutter
1 1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour and yeast. In a medium sauce pan heat milk, sugar, butter, and salt until just warm. Add milk to flour, beat with mixer for 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining flour, and knead. Place in greased bowl and allow to rise for 1 hour. Shape dough into loaves, and allow to rise for another 10 minutes. Grease pan. Place dough in pan, allow to rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at 375.
