In a large saute' pan heat oil, add onion and peppers. Cook until tender. Add garlic being careful not to burn. Just before serving squeeze juice of lime over all.
Add chicken pieces and cook on medium until chicken is almost done. Add seasonings, and stir. Continue to simmer.
Just before serving squeeze juice of lime over all. Can be serves over a bed of rice to complete the meal.
