     Easy Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb. chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 cup water
1 pkg. dry au jus mix
1 pkg. dry good seasons Italian dressing mix
 
Instructions
Mix broth, water, au jus and dressing mixes with wisk. Pour into crock pot. Add roast and cook until done. Tastes almost like prime rib!
