Ingredients
6 lbs potatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
3 c. flour
 

Instructions
Slice potatoes thin & boil until soft. Drain and mash with sugar, whipping cream, and butter. Let cool overnight. Then add flour. Dough should be like sticky mashed potatoes. Form into small balls and roll out. Place on griddle and bake. Flip when edges brown.
