     Grilled Balsamic Veggies

Ingredients
3 lg green and yellow zucchini about 1 1/2 pounds
1 lg red onion
2 sweet red, yellow or orange peppers
4 portobello musshooms
Balsamic Marinade
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
3 clove garlic grated
2 tsp honey
 
1/4 tp salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients slowly add oil while whisking to emulsify.
Cut zucchini in half croswise and cut each pc in 4 lenghth wise. Cut onion into 1/2 inch thick slices. Core sweet peppers and cut in large chunks. Remove stem andd gills from portoello and cut into quarters. Toss with marinade and let stand a room temp for 2 hours tossing occasionally.
Place veggies on oiled grill over med high heat. Close lid and grill basting with marinade until tender about 6 min.
