Mix marinade and pour over 12 chicken thighs or 12
drumsticks or mixture of both.
Marinade for several hours, overnight if possible,
30 mins will do ( in fridge).
Bake at 180C, approx 45 mins, turning once, until
cooked through.
Serve with rice and something green or yellow.
Serves 3/4 depending on how hungry.
