Put the bread crumbs in a bowl and add a few
spoonfuls of water to soften. Add chopped onion,
egg and meat and mix well with a spoon or with
your hands. Wet your hands with water while
mixing to make the mixture softer. Make long
“soutzoukakia” or round hamburgers. Bake in a non-
stick pan, a few minutes on each side. Serve with
pita bread and tomato salad
