     Aunt Betty's Potato Salad

Ingredients
3-5 Lbs. Potatoes
1 vidalia onion
Dash Oil
sprinkle celery seed
dash milk/cream or half and half
mayo (as much as you like)
splash vinegar
Parsley
 
Instructions
Cook Potatoes til soft, drain, chop up onion, throw in a bowl, add remaining ingredients, toss, refrigerate until serve.
