Preheat oven to 375F. For crust, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Blend in egg until crumbly, set aside.
For filling, mix flour and sugar. Add berries. The amount to use is whatever you need to fill your pan about 2/3 full. Transfer berries to a well buttered 7x11 baking dish and sprinkle topping over berries. Drizzle butter evenly over the top.
Place dish in a cookie sheet to prevent spillovers. Bake 45 minutes.
