Salad- dice tomato, pepper and avocado other half of onion.
Squeeze half of lime on top and add chipotle powder, salt, cilantro,
chili flakes and a tsp of olive oil and mix all together.

Fresh Halibut (ensure to get rid of any excess water)- cut into bite
size pieces. Dice the onion and split into 2 parts. cook half onion
in a bit of olive oil, salt, chili flakes and chipotle until the onions are
translucent. turn up to med/high heat and add halibut and sear one
side then flip over and put lid over pan for apx 3-5 min on low.
