     Georgia's Penne with Gorgonzol and Tomatoes

Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup of butter
6 oz Gorgonzola
1 lb of penne
1 cup of Romano cheese
 

Instructions
Heat oil add onion and garlic. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Cook for approx 20 mins
Heat butter and cheese together and whisk into tomatoe sauce.
Add to pasta
