Using a nonstick skillet or wok, cook eggs and remove from pan/heat. In the same sauce pan, add veggies by order of density (cook harder veggies first, softer veggies added last) and saute until tender/crisp.

Meat to try- chicken, fish, shrimp, beef, tofu
