     Swiss Egg Cups

Ingredients
12 eggs
24 slices of deli ham
Herbs of choice - basil, thyme, oregano...
3/4 cup grated swiss cheese
Salt and Pepper
 

Instructions
Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Push two slices of sliced deli ham into each cup. Crack an egg into each ham cup, sprinkle with herbs of choice and salt and pepper. Top with swiss cheese and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until whites are firm.
