     Rosemary and Lemon Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
2TBS fresh lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
 

Instructions
Pour hot water over rosemary in a glass jar or cup; let cool. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to one week. You can use as tenderizing marinade or brush on to poultry as grilled. On batch is great for about 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast.
