Beat egg whites in a small bowl until they are stiff
In a larger bowl, beat eggs and milk then add the rest of the ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition
Gently fold in stiff egg whites
To cook the waffles, follow manufacturer’s directions for your particular waffle maker; you may wish to lightly grease the waffle maker before pouring the batter on the first time
