Microwave margarine in large bowl on high until melted. Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring half way through. Stir in peanut butter.
Stir in cereal and candies immediately; mix lightly until well coated. Press mixture into prepared pan.
Cool, cut and serve.
