Cook noodles according to package instructions, set aside. Melt butter, and flour to make a roux, add ham and break apart, mixing into roux. Gradually and milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add noodles and stir together. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
