     Artichoke and Olive Crostini

Ingredients
1 14oz can artichoke hearts (rinsed and chopped)
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
salt and pepper
Crostini
parmesan
 

Instructions
Toss artichoke hearts with kalamata olives, olive oil and flat-leaf parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Dividing evenly, top crostini and dust with parmesan.
