Ingredients
small diced Potatoes
oil
shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. punch puran
Hari mirch
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. haldi
red crushed pepper
1/2 tsp corriander powder
 
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
In hot oil, mix the ingredients and stir until tomatoes begin dissolving. Add gobi and then potatoes. Cover and cook on slow flames.
