     Daal (Lentil)

Ingredients
2 cup daal
1 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp kuttiwi mirch
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic
~4 cups water.
 

Instructions
Keep lid half covered as daal boils. (Boil it and remove the foam) Then add all the masala. Let it cook on slow flames...churn often. Baghar with ghee, zeera, garlic and dry peppers.
