Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and baking powder. Mix in eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir together then dump in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes (best at 9 minutes in my oven. Do not over bake (you want them to be soft). Let the cookies sit on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to continue cooking.
