Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix flour, salt,paparika and pepper in a bowl.
Dip chicken drumsticks into margarine; roll into flour mixture to coat.
Arrange in an ungreased square baking pan.
Bake uncovered until juices run clear about 50 minutes.
