     HEB sweet and spicy mandarin stir fry

Ingredients
2 c brown rice
1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
1/4 c cornstarch
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
2 Tblsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tblsp. sesame oil
1 Tblsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground ginger
 
2 pkgs mann's vegetable medley

Instructions
Prepare rice as package instructions. Meanwhile, seal chicken and cornstarch in Zipperbag. Toss to coat. Set aside. Heat heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat. Stir in oranges, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, peeper flakes, and ginger. Bring to boil and add chicken. Reduce heat to medium and stir fry 10 minutes.Add vegetables and stir fry 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
