     Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1 unbaked pie shell
1 pint half and half
6 eggs
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
dash of pepper
 

Instructions
Whip together half and half and eggs. Stir in cheeses, onion, bacon and pepper. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 1 large or 2 small quiches.
