Cook beef in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. Drain. Cool. Shred into pieces.
Sauce: Mix together all sauce ingredients. Pour over shredded meat in crock pot. Cook another 30-35 minutes (until hot through). Keep meat covered with sauce.
