     Cuban Sandwiches

Ingredients
15 crusty breads or bollilos
40 oz sliced baked ham
40 oz cuban pork or genoa salami
15 slices baby swiss cheese
yellow mustard to taste
butter flavored Pam
CUBAN BUTTER (in notes)
25 oz whipped butter
12 1/2 oz green salad olives
 
15 slices Kosher Dill Stackers

Instructions
Gather all utensils, tools and pre-measured ingredients. Pre-heat griddle to 350 degrees. Prepare CUBAN BUTTER by rough chopping the green olives and blending into whipped butter.
PREP WORK/ASSEMBLY 1. Slice bread lengthwise. Spray outer surfaces lightly with Pam. 2. Butter top half with Cuban Butter. 3. spread mustard lightly on the bottom half. 4. Add ingredients in the following order, from bottom to top- pickle slice, pork slice, ham slices, cheese slice.
COOKING- 1. Place sandwiches on pre-heated grill. 2. place meat press on top of the sandwiches. 3. grill sandwich until cheese softens and juices start to run. 4. set meat press aside; carefully flip sandwiches. Replace press. 5. Grill just until cheese starts to run. Remove to warmer.
TO SERVE- Wrap sandwich in foil, covering the lower 2/3 of the sandwich. I got to sample this, and wouldn't have known there were olives inside (I personally don't like olives, but LOVED the sandwich!).
