     Chicken and Pork Fajitas with Salsa

Ingredients
4 chcken breasts halves, skinned and boned
1 (2 lb) bonelss pork loin roast, trimmed
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tbl ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp salt
8 flour tortillas
 
Tomato Avocado Salad
Salsa
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded Monterary Jack cheese

Instructions
Cut chicken and pork into 1/4 in thick slices. Combine oil, lime juice, cumin, garlic, pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and pork, stirring well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Cover a hot grill with a layer of heavy duty aluminum foil. Puncture several holes in foil for . Remove meat
