     4 Pepper Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
2 1/2 tsp multicolor peppercorns
1/2 tsp caper liquid
1/4 C mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
pinch sugar

Slice the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into medium mixing bowl. Place pepper into spice mill and grind well. Add the ground peppers, caper liquid, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sugar to the egg yolks and use a fork, stir to thoroughly combine. Place the mixture into bag pipit if desired and put into egg whites. Chill 1 hour before serving.
