     Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
16oz Macaroni Elbows
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry ground mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt or seasoned salt
5 cups milk
4 cups (1lb) shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
 

Instructions
Cook Pasta according to directions on package. Preheat oven to 375 In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter, stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and Stir until mixture thickens slightly and bubbles. Remove from heat. Add 2 cups of cheese, stir until melted. In a large bowl, combine sauce with pasta. Spoon into a greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes
