4 ounces semisweet chocolate baking bar, broken into 1-inch pieces
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp whole milk
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, almonds or walnuts
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler or in heatproof
bowl over barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth
and remove from heat. Stir in milk, corn syrup and vanilla. Garnish
with nuts.
