In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture and milk alternatively to creamed mixture. Fold in blueberries. Place into 12 well-greased or paper lined muffin cups.
Make crumbly topping and sprinkle on puffs. (Keep topping more in the center of batter.) Bake at 400 deg. for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
Topping - Mix all ingredients and cut butter into mixture until crumbly.
