Preheat broiler. Place buns, split side up, on a baking sheet; broil for 30 seconds or until golden brown.
Divide proscuitto and mozzarella into 12 equal portions. Between the buns, layer prosc, mozz, arugula and 1 tsp each almonds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
