     Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 squares melted baking chocolate
3 heaping tsp cocoa
1 c sour or buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3-1/2 c flour
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into donut shapes.
Heat oil in large skillet. Drop donut shapes into hot oil and cook turning half way.
Serving Suggestions
Top with glaze, powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
