     Lady Finger Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
1/4 c water
1 c butter
1 c powdered sugar
lady fingers (sponge cakes)
 

Instructions
Separate 4 eggs. Beat egg whites and set aside.
Cook together semi sweet chocolate, water, and beaten egg yokes. Stir constantly until thick; then cool.
Soften butter and beat with powdered sugar. Add to cooled chocolate; beat together. Fold in egg whites.
Layer lady fingers and chocolate.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whipped cream.
